Service Description
This service is for locs that are medium to large in size that are not twisted or palm rolled at the root but interlocked with a special tool to achieve this look. Service includes Hydrating Shampoo, Steam Treatment and style except pipe cleaners & 2-strand twist **DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE***
Cancellation Policy
We understand that life can be unpredictable, and things may come up that may cause you to need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. However, we kindly request that you give us at least 24 hours' notice before canceling or rescheduling your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will result in a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service. No-shows will be charged $25 which will be applied on the next visit. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter, as last-minute cancellations and no-shows impact our ability to serve our clients in a timely manner.
